Kincade grew up in California near the Sierra Nevada mountain range.
He combined his artistry, his Christian faith, and the inspiration
of John Muir's "Range of Light" to become the famous "Painter
of Light", creating paintings that seem to come to life with
a warm glow.
Many
of his paintings remind us of simpler times, coming home to country
cottages alive with light and warmth. He combines Americana, with
the luminosity employed by some past artists to create something
that is truly unique.
